The hotel was set up well with large parasols and heaters, perfect for both Thorpe Park and Hampton Court. The welcoming staff offered free desserts but there was a slight delay during busy times. The dining experience was good with a variety of continental selections, although there were limited fresh options. A convenient location just a 15-20 minute walk from the train station and close to essential spots. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor hiccups.
